• Our Payment Policy: Out-of-Network Services

    Our practice is committed to providing the highest quality care, which includes prioritizing client privacy and ensuring treatment decisions are made by you and your provider, not an insurance company. Therefore, we do not directly accept insurance for services. 

    What This Means for You

    • Full Control Over Your Treatment: You and your clinician will determine the course and duration of your care without limitations or interference from insurance companies.

    • Enhanced Confidentiality: Your personal health information remains confidential between you and your provider, as it is not shared with a third-party payer.

    • Focus on Quality Care: We are able to dedicate more time to direct patient care and less time to administrative tasks, ensuring a better patient experience. 

    How You Can Seek Reimbursement
    While we don't bill insurance directly, many clients are able to receive reimbursement for out-of-network services. 

    1. Check Your Benefits: Contact your insurance provider to understand your "out-of-network" benefits for mental health services.

    2. Receive a Superbill: After each session, we can provide you with a superbill, a detailed receipt that includes all necessary codes and information for you to submit to your insurance company.

    3. Submit Your Claim: You can submit the superbill directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

    Payment for Services
    Payment is expected at the time of service.   We accept all major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do accept HSA/FSA cards, as long as they are issued by one of the major card brands (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or Amex)

    Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the total expected cost of your services. Please ask your provider if you would like one before beginning treatment. 

    We understand this model may require an adjustment, and we are here to answer any questions you may have about our payment policy. 

  • Psychiatric Evaluation - initial appointment
